Saturday Night = Pizza Night

Who does not love pizza?

This recipe is super easy, and delicious!

Your pizza toppings can be anything!

 


INGREDIENTS

FOR THE PIZZA

  • 3 cups plain flour

  • 12 g dry yeast

  • 1 1/2 tsp caster sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • 1 1/8 cup lukewarm water

FOR THE TOPPINGS (Pizza toppings can be anything!)

 

METHOD

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add oil and water.

Step 2

Mix to a soft dough.

Step 3

Knead on a floured surface until soft and pliable.

Step 4

Return to the mixing bowl and cover with cling wrap and leave in a warm spot for an hour minutes. The dough should double in size.

Step 5

Once it has risen, 'punch' the dough once to remove any air bubbles.

Step 6

Remove from the bowl and knead gently for 1 minute.

Step 7

Roll the dough out to the desired size and add favourite toppings.

Step 8

Cook for 20 minutes, or until the dough has cooked through.
